This rigorous multi-center trial evaluated the 15-day real-time iCan CGM system (home-use i3 model and hospital-use H3 model) against the gold-standard Yellow Springs Instrument (YSI) analyzer. These published data demonstrate exceptional clinical precision and safety profiles:
① World-Class Precision: The system achieved an outstanding Mean Absolute Relative Difference (MARD) of 8.71% for the i3 model and 7.45% for the H3 model.
② Excellent Clinical Consensus: Consensus Error Grid analysis showed a flawless 100.00% of data pairs within Zones A and B for both models, confirming utmost dependability for daily therapy and insulin dosing decisions.
③ High User Satisfaction & Safety: Over 90% of participants rated the system highly for convenience and comfort, with over 85% reporting a painless insertion experience. No device-related serious adverse events (SAEs) occurred during the study.
